As mentioned before, this website is a collaborative effort. As such, I have designated certain people Authors who are able to create their own pages, thus they can publish their own stories. If they want to create a running story that they can post to regularly, they are able to do that here. If the story you’re reading doesn’t look like it is finished, chances are it isn’t.
